Dispute Resolution
We evaluate our Client’s situation and determine the best approach to a dispute. Depending on the requirements, a single or multiple approach may be employed. Our dispute resolution practice involves resolution of disputes through arbitration, litigation, mediation or negotiation as may be appropriate. Our dispute resolution practice covers a broad range of sectors.
Arbitration
At whatever stage our Clients come to us we are able to provide effective advice and/or representation with respect to arbitration matters. From pre-contractual advice to drafting of arbitration clauses, representation in arbitration proceedings and enforcement of arbitral awards both on the domestic and international level, our Clients rely on our skill and judgment for resolution of knotty legal issues.
Litigation
Where we are engaged at the early days of a transaction, we provide dispute avoidance strategies to minimize the risk of disputes. We regularly provide advice on a broad spectrum of legal issues. Corporate
Our services include pre incorporation, incorporation and post incorporation services with the Corporate A8airs Commission. We also regularly provide services with respect to registration with other regulatory agencies of their business organizations and ships where required. We conduct due diligence and provide corporate secretarial services.
Transactions
We regularly work with clients through their transactions, ensuring that we are involved in documentation and perfection of title, engaging in deep due diligence and verification. Our strong culture of attention to detail reflects in our contract preparation and review processes.
Notarial Services
By virtue of our services, we verify and attest to the authenticity of documents, notarizing them for local and international use for various lawful purposes
